WATCH: Peter Parker Swings Into Action in First ‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’ Trailer

The next great Spider-Man story will arrive on January 29, 2025, when Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man debuts on Disney+.

The upcoming series will follow Peter Parker’s adventures as he attempts to balance his life as a crime fighter with the pressures of being an everyday high school student.

While Peter Parker in Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will have a similar backstory to the version of the character that Tom Holland portrays in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), the show will star a different version of Spider-Man.

Instead of meeting Tony Stark and being offered the Stark internship, Peter will come into contact with Norman Osborn, who takes him under his wing.

Expanding Peter Parker’s World

Earlier this year, Marvel’s head of streaming, Brad Winderbaum, teased that Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will expand Peter Parker’s world.

“There are twists and turns in that show that are amazing, but the real power is the ensemble, is the neighborhood,” Winderbaum explained.

“He’s amped that up in such a major way playing with characters like — not just Peter Parker — Nico Minoru, Lonnie Lincoln, my personal favorite, Harry Osborn, and others that flesh out this teenage ensemble.”

A New Trailer Has Arrived!

Marvel Entertainment has released a new trailer for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man ahead of its debut.

The clip introduces audiences to an awkward yet brave Peter Parker. Other characters highlighted include Harry and Norman Osborn, Mary Jane, and Aunt May.
